A face only a (grand)mother could love..

Or a (grand)father. And that is really who this post is for. But for some of those close friends that follow, too!
The picture below is our sonographer's 'signature' photo. We have one of Ayden's foot, too, but his looked much skinner.
That's right, boys and squirrels, it's a girl!

The rest of these are just profile shots, which is why only Kendall and I with the inclusion of the grandparents will really enjoy these.

22 Weeks Tomorrow -
But who's counting? Other than me, that is...

It's not February, really...

During Christmas vacation Ayden and I ventured to the Gaylord with Grampa and Grammy to see the light display they have set up inside, as well as the motorized train sets they have on display. These photos uploaded in reverse order, but I suppose it is all the same.
I had never been to the Gaylord - ever. Ayden loved all of the trains. This is the first year he understood who Santa was, so he enjoyed seeing the various Santa's displayed around the hotel.
This was our last stop before we ate lunch and headed home. He is sitting on a wall outside of a hotel room, but a huge train display is right next to it.
This is the same train display from above. It is in the Gingerbread corner, or something to that effect. The actual gingerbread house/general store was closed, so we were unable to venture in. Ayden really enjoyed this section because very few people were here.

There was a waterfall on the other side of the track, and Ayden is infatuated with anything having to do with water. This was the last shot I got of him after saying his name about a million times! I believe he is saying, "Why I oughtta!"

See the smirk? He was refusing to turn!

This was Frank. Or Hank. Or George. I think we reverted to just calling him Bevo.

This is as close as we got to the geysers, but Ayden enjoyed it anyway.

The koi pond was a huge hit. We had to be careful to not venture to close if we were on a mission to a certain section or it would suck us back in!

Thanks, Grampa and Grammy for a fun filled day!
