Friday we took a trip to the park with Brody and Cole. The trip started out on the swing, which Ayden enjoyed. He would just kick his legs like crazy!

Standing and his imaginary chair
Ayden has no desire to crawl, though he does it quite well. He can get anywhere very quickly. He has gotten good at changing directions, and has also gotten pretty good at going from a crawling position to a sitting position. The pictures below are with his chair that talks when he interacts with it. It was priceless to see his face when he first made it talk! He uses it to stand up, and yes, he has had a few endo's with it. I apologize for the sideways pictures, but I don't know how to rotate on here.

Leap, Froggy!
We bought Ayden a Johnny Jump Up. Unfortunately, we didn't take into account our house's door jambs. Only two will work: the kitchen and our bathroom. The kitchen leaves him with about 8 - 10 inches above the ground...so we tried to put a stool under him. Didn't work so well. So I suppose he will only get to jump when we are near our bathroom!

A Chuckle a Day
Ayden thought this was funny. I was on one side of his tunnel and I would act like I wasn't paying attention, then lean in. His laugh just kills me. He did let up a little once I got the camera. It was a much heartier chuckle before!

Ayden went to the doctor yesterday and the verdict was an ear infection brought on by, you guessed it, allergies. I guess he gets more than just his looks from his father! The doctor was impressed it is only his second ear infection, but he did tell me to expect more. Fun. So we are now on our second stint with amoxicillin.
They did weigh him and he came in at 18 lb 12 oz, but they didn't measure him.
Sometimes I just grab the camera and start taking random pictures. Some examples are below. Sadly, it takes me a ton of pictures to get decent ones.
I love this one. It is of his Old Man Face, which he is famous for. I am sad to think how this face will disappear as he gets teeth.
If you know us, you know we are Mavs fans. Even though their season isn't all that great this year, we are still faithful watchers. Ayden loves to watch the Mavs. Here he is watching with dad.
This is a recent picture that has a good shot of his teeth. Remember, you can click on most pictures and they will enlarge.
